Meet Your Co-Owner, Amy Duncan!
Amy Duncan brings a beautiful blend of business expertise and a deep passion for yoga to her role as a yoga studio owner. With a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and Human Resources, and over 15 years of experience running businesses, Amy’s leadership skills are rooted in her diverse professional background. She holds certifications as an E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and YACEP, and has led Yoga Teacher Training programs to include YTT 200 Hour and Sculpt TT, along various workshops to guide students in deepening their yoga practice.
Having held leadership and HR positions in two yoga studios, Amy thrives on sharing the transformative power (both mentally and physically) of a well-rounded yoga practice, emphasizing its benefits for both the mind and body. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone, showing her students that yoga is for everyBODY—regardless of size, shape, age, gender, or flexibility. Her approach is all about cultivating a practice that is meaningful, inclusive, and empowering for all!
In her down time, Amy thrives on family time with her husband John, and her three college aged children Kassandra, Kristopher, and Sean. While Amy and John are empty nesters, their three dogs Athena, Daisy, and Mr. Pickles keep them on their toes! She is a HUGE animal lover.
